GUERRILLA CINEMA

Our 2007 fall Artist In Residence program is "Guerrilla Cinema" with artist Xavier Tavera.

Please join us at the 2007 Homeless Memorial March and Service.

To honor and remember those who have died while homeless in Minnesota.

Kulture Klub will be projecting youth artwork and videos on the street, along the march, and all throughout the event.

ABOUT: Using a guerrilla technique called “Projection Bombing” where video is projected onto surfaces using a LCD projector, laptop, and portable battery power, youth will be challenged to create powerful work that interfaces/intervenes with public locations and allows for youth and public interaction during its screening, transforming the street into a nontraditional space for participatory cinema.

Samples and works in progress from our current AIR program. Please give the page a moment to load all of the work samples.
